HOW TO ORDER

If you would like to open a new practitioner account, please choose one of the following methods:

  • Call our office at 360-362-4349 or toll free at 1-877-686-7325 during business hours, Monday-Friday, 9am – 5pm (PST).
  • Set up your account online by visiting the online registration page. If you’re new to MPN, account activation may take longer as we will need to collect additional account set-up information prior to online wholesale purchasing approval.
  • Email us and introduce yourself: support@mtnpeaknutrition.com. Let us know what type of practitioner you are and our friendly staff will be happy to help.

EXISTING CUSTOMERS

To begin purchasing online, you must first register your user account by visiting our “create wholesale account” page. Please be advised that your wholesale user will need to be approved by MPN before you may place your first order via our website. Existing account holders will generally be approved within 1-2 business days. You may also place your orders by phone, fax, or email. You may call orders in 24 hours a day. If you call after business hours, you may leave your order request on our secure voice mail – be sure to include practitioner name and phone number along with the items you’d like to order.  Orders are generally shipped the same or next business day.  Please note: we do not guarantee same-day shipping.

PROFESSIONAL DISCOUNTS

2% discount on wholesale orders over $500
5% discount on wholesale orders over $1000
10% discount for new wholesale customers – valid on 1st order only
All discounts are calculated before shipping costs.

SHIPPING FEES (WHOLESALE ACCOUNTS)

$9.00 shipping & handling to local OR & WA
$10.50 to all other contiguous states (AK, HI, & PR additional charges apply – see below)
Free shipping on wholesale orders over $300 (in continental US).

There is an additional $3.00 charge for drop shipments. Drop shipments are defined as any shipment sent to any third party (i.e. patient, family member, etc.).

Sorry, we do not ship internationally.

SHIPPING METHODS

We primarily ship via US Priority Mail to PO boxes and residential addresses, and via FedEx Ground to commercial addresses. However, MPN reserves the right to determine the best method of shipment on a case-by-case basis. Sorry, no international shipping.

We do not guarantee same day shipping. However, we can usually ship orders the same or the next business day from when the order is placed. Transit times vary by location. US Priority Mail is approximately 1-3 mailing days (includes Saturdays), FedEx Ground takes 1-5 business days. Day of courier pick-up is not included in transit time.

ALASKA, HAWAII, AND PUERTO RICO PRACTITIONERS

Please note that we have special shipping & handling charges for your regions, which are based on the USPS flat rate boxes needed to ship your order. We offer a $10 S&H discount on orders $300+.

When using our website to purchase, there will be an authorization for $60, regardless of order size, applied to the order at checkout to cover potential shipping expenses. However, actual S&H charges will be assessed by office staff prior to shipment and any overage will be refunded to your card within 1 business day (please allow 3-5 business days for refund to appear on your credit card account). If you would prefer to avoid the estimated S&H charge, you are more than welcome to place your order by phone, fax, or email. We appreciate your understanding!

Current USPS flat rate box fees (as of 10/26/21), prices subject to change without notice:

  • Large FRB $21
  • Medium FRB (or smaller) $15

METHODS OF PAYMENT

RETURNS

Product returns are only accepted with prior authorization.
Returns must be made within 30 days of invoice date.
Shipment Discrepancies: MPN must be notified of any shipping discrepancies within 3 days of receiving your order.
